SWIMMER RSVP

Half of our swimmers are signed up for this Tuesday's meet. If you have already filled out the RSVP for your swimmer(s), thank you!!! If you have not had a chance, please take a moment to do so. It really helps Coach Joe when he is setting up the events for the meet. It also allows the meet to run smoother if all swimmers have already been entered into meet prior to the start. To RSVP, go to https://universityswimclub.swim-team.us/team/default2.asp?Page=RSVP&eventID=209291 or log into the website (if on a mobile device scroll to the bottom and choose View Full Site) and click on the RSVP icon on the left side of the home page. RSVPs close at NOON on Monday

VOLUNTEER SIGNUPS

We have also filled about 2/3s of our volunteer spots. If you haven't had a chance to sign up, please hop over to https://universityswimclub.swim-team.us/team/view_volunteers.asp?Meet=209291 or or log into the website (if on a mobile device scroll to the bottom and choose View Full Site) and click on the the Volunteer (V) icon on the left side of the home page. All families are expected to work at least one shift per meet. Feel free to email me at [email protected] or text me at 865-919-2325 if you have questions about any of the Volunteer positions. Volunteer signups close MIDNIGHT on Monday

You can use the links below however if you are on a mobile device, it is recommended to login into your account first in a browser and scroll to the bottom of the page and select View Full Site. You can either come back to this email and click the link or on the home page click the RSVP or Volunteer buttons for the meet in the menu on the far left.
