ROBBIE CHADWELL-- Head Coach
Robbie is returning for his third full year as head coach for USC and his seventh year as a coach in GKAISA. Robbie also works as an Education Assistant at A.L. Lotts Elementary School and the Head Coach for the Hardin Valley Swim Team.
ERICA WILLIAMSON-- Assistant Coach
Erica is a rising junior at University of Southern Indiana, where she is a stand-out breaststroke and freestyle swimmer. She is majoring in exercise science, with a pre-physical therapy focus. She is a former University Swim Club swimmer and junior coach, and she was awarded the High Point Award in 2022. She is a graduate of Bearden High School, where she was a member of the Bearden Bulldogs Swim & Dive team. Erica is also a club swimmer for Tennessee Aquatics.
MARILLA NEUBAUER-- Assistant Coach
Marilla swam with University Swim Club from 2014-2024. She started as a junior coach in 2017 and is now an assistant coach to USC and a co-coach with L&N STEM Academy. Marilla currently attends UTK studying psychology and pre-medicine. In addition to swimming and coaching, Marilla is an artist and volunteer.
