WHAT MAKES USC A GREAT TEAM?

• Our experienced coaching staff, including Head Coach Robbie Chadwell and our Assistant Coaches, excel at encouraging and guiding younger swimmers while challenging and motivating more advanced swimmers.
• Our swimmers encourage the achievements of their fellow teammates. 
• Our Junior Coaching Program allows our youngest teammates to gain confidence by working one-on-one with an older team member.
• We are a family-centered team with a sense of community that comes from working and playing together. Our team sponsors social events for all age groups throughout the season. With team members from all over the Knoxville area, both swimmers and parents enjoy making new friends!
• Summer swim is a family sport!  The successful function of our team depends on the efforts of parent volunteers.
• USC has been a member of the Greater Knoxville Area Inter-club Swim Association (GKAISA) for more than 40 years.

All swimmers learn the value of hard work, team work, goal setting, and discipline, which encourages excellence both in and out of the water.  

University Club Swim Team is a 501 (c)(3) organization.  Swimmer fees are generally not tax deductible.  Donations for overall support of the of the club may be tax deductible.  Please consult your tax advisor.  For interested parties, a copy of our form 990 is available upon request.
