Important Meet Information
- Once a swimmer has registered for a meet, his/her attendance is mandatory unless a last minute emergency or illness prevents his/her participation.
- NEVER leave a meet early without informing the coaches. There may be a last minute change to the line-up and your swimmer may be needed to swim.
- If you are not sure that your swimmer can attend a meet, it's better not to sign up than to cancel at the last minute. Rearranging a meet line-up is very difficult when swimmers do not show, and it usually means that multiple events in the meet may need to be scratched completely.
Essentials for Families on Meet Day
- Bring a sharpie to write events on swimmers
- Water
- Check in with parent volunteer upon arrival (swimmers and volunteers)
