Swim Families,

A few quick reminders:

RIBBONS AND T-SHIRTS

Ribbons will be on deck in the family boxes at practice tomorrow. See Coach Joe following practice to get your ribbons.

Team t-shirts will be available for pick-up tomorrow for swimmers who have not yet received them.

Beginning Monday, we will have the extras available for purchase for $15 each.

 MEET ON TUESDAY, JULY 18 versus NATIONAL FITNESS CENTER

We take on National Fitness Center next Tuesday night, July 18 at 6:00 p.m. We will warm-up at 5:00. Please have your swimmers there by 4:45.

RSVPs and Volunteer signups are currently open on our website. We will close swimmer RSVPs at noon on Monday, and volunteer signups will close at midnight on Monday.

CAPS AND TOWELS

We have two towels and a few swim caps left for purchase. Please email [email protected] if you are interested in purchasing. Caps are $10, and towels are $27.50.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN INVITATIONAL

The Smoky Mountain Invitational Swim Meet will be held this Saturday, July 15 (ages 11-Up)  and Sunday, July 16 (ages 10-Under). Thank you to Stephen Rosen and Constantine Christodoulou for volunteering to time during the first session on Saturday.

We still need a timer for Session 1 on Sunday. If you are a parent of a 10-Under Swimmer, please respond to Angelia at [email protected]. Our team score will be docked, and we will be fined if we do not provide a timer.

GKAISA CITY MEET CHAMPIONSHIPS

The GKAISA City Meet will be held July 28-30 at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center at UT. RSVPs are currently open on our team website. We will close swimmer RSVPs on Tuesday at noon. There will be no late entries so please be sure your swimmers have been signed up if they plan to swim.

GKAISA CITY MEET T-SHIRTS

We are taking orders for City Meet t-shirts now. To order your City Meet shirt, go to the Products tab on our website. You will be able to select the shirt for the days that your children are swimming, as well as the sizes. Please pay through the website, as we must pay for the shirts in advance.

Shirts will not be available for purchase at the City Meet, so they must be ordered in advance. Cost is $15 per shirt.

NATIONAL ANTHEM AUDITIONS

If your swimmer is a great musician or singer and would like to perform the National Anthem during the City Meet, please respond to this email. Auditions will occur during the week of City Meet.
