It has been so fun to see all of your fresh faces and enthusiasm over the past week. What a fun start to summer!

Orange and White Meet is June 9! This is our practice meet where our parents and swimmers "get their feet wet" and practice running a swim meet. Puppies DO NOT SWIM at meets until our Dog Days of Summer Meet at the end of the season. Please try to have your swimmer here by 4:45 for warmups. We will have a parent meeting from 5-5:30. Please RSVP your swimmer for the Orange and White Meet now. Also, parents, it is required that at least one adult volunteers for each meet that your swimmer participates in. The Orange and White Meet is a great opportunity to practice, so make sure you register one adult for at least one shift, but it is recommended that both parents get a little practice. Parents, please remember to let the coaches and junior coaches handle swimmers in the pool. We know it can be difficult to watch your child struggling to acclimate to practice, but our coaches and junior coaches are trained to get them comfortable and confident in the water! When parents interfere it actually takes swimmers longer to acclimate. We recommend going for a quick walk around the upper deck if needed. Thank you for your understanding!

If you haven't yet, please download the Swimtopia app as soon as possible! We can quickly communicate through Swimtopia Alerts if there are last minute changes to practices and meets due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

We have found some ParkMobile information that can help save everyone a little money this summer. ParkMobile has a subscription option called "ParkMobile Go" that waives the $0.45 service fee each time you park. There's currently a 30-day free trial, so you could use it for June for free, and then it's $3.99/month after that (so July would be $3.99 if you keep it). In the app, you can find it by:

• Opening the ParkMobile app
• Going to the menu/settings area
• Clicking on the subscription/membership option ("ParkMobile Go")

One quick note: when we tried to sign up, the button initially wouldn't work. We had to sign out of our account and sign back in, and then it worked fine. We hope this information helps!
