Good afternoon,

We appreciate everyone for coming to tonight's meet! We know it has been a rollercoaster ride to finish it and we would like to make sure everyone knows that no matter what, this meet will not be rescheduled. We have been monitoring the radar all day and are hopeful for everything to remain clear for our meet!

ENTRIES

Attached is a copy of the heat sheet and athlete check-in. Please look them over with your swimmers and make sure they know what they are swimming. Entries also count from the original meet which is why some swimmers have few events. Another oddity is 8 and under girls backstroke. It was started in the original meet but not completed. We along with Cherokee's coaches have agreed to still let these swimmers swim the event but not count points which is why some swimmers will see and EXH next to that event.

WARMUPS

We will be warming up all swimmers of all ages from 7:00-7:15pm. Please arrive around 6:30-6:40 to check-in and make it for warmups.

Meet will start at 7:30.

COMBINED EVENTS

We have many combined events so please make sure your swimmers are paying attention as we want this meet to go as fast and smooth as possible.

CLERK OF COURSE

A reminder that all 10 and under swimmers will need their name, age, and team name on their back right shoulder.

PRACTICE

We will have practice tomorrow morning (7/22).
