Good evening,

The City meet warmups are attached to this email. We will be warming up as a team together. If you have already reached out and let us know you will be late, or if you are doing TNAQ warmup you may disregard this email.

We will be warming up at 9:25. Please arrive to our team tent no later than 9:00am. If for any reason you will be late please let a coach know.

The pool will have open warmups in the girls pool once the meet begins. Open warmups are a privilege not a right and if you are caught breaking the rules or just playing around you will be disallowed (by Allen Jones Staff) from warming up in the future.

Competition will be run exclusively out of the boys pool tomorrow.
