Hi swim families!

We have a lot of updates before City Meet so please pay close attention to all communication this week.

10 and unders will swim on Thursday, 11 and ups on Friday, and Finals will be held Saturday. We are so excited to cheer on our swimmers - make sure you come decked out in your USC gear and cheer loud! Our coaches will send out more specific info very soon but know entries are now finalized and cannot be changed. Keep an eye out for more info from our coaches!

If you purchased a parking pass we will have these for pickup at practice this week! If you did not purchase a parking pass you can park in the pay to park spots on campus using the ParkMobile app.

Heat sheets are only available for purchase and can be purchased inside Allan Jones. Unlike the majority of our meets, you will not be given free access to your swimmers heats and lanes. It is a good idea to purchase and share these heat sheets! 

There will be a GroupMe created for all 10 and under USC swimmer families. This will help ensure swimmers don't miss races, know when to go to Clerk of Course, and is an easy way to get questions answered. There will only be a GroupMe for 10 and under day!

Our tent will be in the same place it has been in previous years, on UT Drive between Allan Jones and SAC. You can find a map attached to this email.

Please know that City Meet is extremely exciting but also extremely busy! Plan for lots of time to park and find our tent. Pack lots of food and hydration for your athletes. You'll also want chairs, blankets, and something to keep your swimmers busy like games to play with their friends.

Our team needs City Meet volunteers! Each team participating in City Meet must fill a number of volunteer positions according to the number of swimmers on each team. If you have a swimmer competing at City Meet it is expected that your family will fill a volunteer position. Volunteer sign ups are now available on Swimtopia. Our team is expected to fill 14 volunteer positions and the majority of these are heat sheet sales. This job is in the air conditioning and is fun and easy! Sign up now! Thank you in advance!

We still have stickers and a handful of t-shirts for sale at practice. Those stickers will come in handy for your coolers and water bottles at City Meet. Come find us with your cash at practice this week to purchase!
