Good morning,

In a few short hours we are having our Gulf Park makeup meet! We are excited for everyone to get one final chance to swim a meet before City!

WARMUPS

We have second warmups from 12:15-1:00

10 and unders: 12:15-12:45

11 and olders: 12:30-1:00

Please arrive before warmups to find parking, change, and set up.

HEAT

Unlike our normal meets, todays meet is right in the middle of the day. It is supposed to get up to 91 but feeling higher. Please bring shade, snacks, and lots of water. Pre-hydrating will also keep both you and your swimmers safer. Sunscreen is highly encouraged as well.

ENTRIES

Attached are the Athlete Check-in and Heat Sheets. Please take a moment to look them over.

CLERK OF COURSE

As always, all 10 and under swimmers will be required to have their full name, age, and team initials on their back right shoulder. This is to help clerk of course identify our younger swimmers and ensure that everyone gets seated in their event correctly.

THEME

We will be celebrating fourth of July a bit late, but we are still excited to see everyone's red, white, and blue!

PARKING

Parking will be the same as the original meet plan. Please only park on one side of the street, do not block driveways and other roads, and additional parking will be available on the lower tennis courts and the Cedar Bluff Elementary School lot.
