Good afternoon Swim Families,

I hope everyone has had a great weekend! I would like to start with a clarification on Tie Dye day, I had made a mistake and said that it was this Wednesday June 12. However, it is the day after the Cherokee Country Club meet, which is next Wednesday June 19. It will be during morning practices on the front lawn of Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center. Please reach out to Coach Robbie for any clarifications.

Crestwood Hills

We are very excited to be hosting the Crestwood Hills Swim Team tomorrow afternoon, we will be keeping everyone as up to date as we can as we get close to the start.

Theme: Wild West (Participation is highly encouraged from all swimmers and parents)

Warmups for this meet are at a different time than last meet, we will start 6 and under stretches at 4:45 and then get in the water at 5:00. 11 and older stretches start at 5:00 and then get in the water at 5:15. Crestwood will have the pool from 5:30-6:00. Meet will start as close to 6:00 as possible.

There will be a worker meeting sometime during the swimmers warmup times, more information to come on that tomorrow.

Please make sure you are RSVPed for the meet and have volunteered for a job, we will not be able to add people to the meet after 11:30am tomorrow. 

Seating tomorrow will be different to Orange and White. I have attached a map for where each team will sit along with the location of clerk of course. Please make sure your family is set up there or set up outside the pool deck. 

List of things to bring for your swimmer:

• Water
• More water
• Snacks
• Towels
• Goggles and Extra Goggles
• Cap if wanted

We will be selling concessions, but water is extremely important.
