- if you are paying your team fees by check, please bring to the kickoff. 

May 29 - Evening practice begins. Skills evaluations. After each swimmer is evaluated they will have a traditional practice. 

June 3 - Regular morning and evening practice begins.

JUNIOR COACH SIGN UP

Swimmers aged 11 and up are invited to serve as a junior coach this summer. Please sign up here. There will be a brief meeting during the Summer Kickoff to discuss responsibilities and expectations with Coaches Robbie and Ally. 

REGISTER IS STILL OPEN

Simply go to our site and click onthe “Register Now” link on the right-hand side of the page. Also, be sure to enter your swimmers’ t-shirt sizes for the team shirt. (We will not include swimmer names on the back of the shirt this year).

Registration fee is $275 for the first swimmer in the family and $250 for each additional
swimmer. This includes all practices, meet registration fees, one swim cap and the team t-shirt, as well as some other fun team activities and expenses. All payments should be made by credit card through our secure site.

Returning families and families affiliated with UT can receive a $25 discount off the price of registration. This includes students and employees at UT, UT Medical Center and UT Federal Credit Union. The discount code is displayed on the Payment screen near the end of the registration process. The code is GOVOLS.

You can also purchase parent t-shirts.

Parking permits are now available for purchase on the registration page. Permits are $40 each and valid from June 3 - July 26 during practice times for lots: C-22, SC1, GF LOTS. (See parking map here). You must fill out the UT VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORM and bring it to the summer kickoff to pick up your permits. Permits will be available for pick up during the first week of practice. We must turn in the vehicle forms to UT Parking Services before they will issue the passes.

We encourage all parents and teens to download the Swimtopia app and turn on notifications. All communciations will come through Swimtopia including any practice/meet changes due to weather. Etc. Using the app is the way to stay up to date.

TEAM SUIT

This year, we are planning on a solid black team suit. Please choose a Speedo Endurance suit. Suits can be purchased locally at Swim and Tri or on www.swimoutlet.com

CERTIFIED OFFICIAL TRAINING…We need more certified officials on our team including stroke and turn judges, referees, and starters. GKAISA will lead officials training clinics throughout May and early June. You can find the full schedule on the GKAISA site.
