Team Pictures

We will take team pictures on Friday, 7/14 at 4:30PM before the Lenoir City Meet outside of Allan Jones.  Sign up to get individual pictures. Her individual pictures are really great.  The cost is $35 for the photo shoot (you will sign up for a time slot) and you will receive one digital image file.  All payments are through the sign up.  Please have your team suit, cap and shirts for the team picture! If you haven't picked up your shirts or caps, they will be there!  We will help flip the SAC pool at 5:30PM, warm ups will start at 5:45PM in the pool, and the meet will start at 6:00PM

TNAQ Starts and Turns Clinic

TNAQ is hosting its second annual free Starts and Turns Clinic next week! Do your swimmer(s) to improve their starts and turns before City Meet? TNAQ is offering a FREE starts and turns clinic on July 18, 2023 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Allan Jones Aquatic Center.

The clinic will be broken up into smaller time slots (approximately 30 minutes) based on swimmers' ages. More details will be sent out upon registration.
