Swim Families,

We are looking forward to another great week at swim! For those who were at practice Friday, we hope you enjoyed the mystery day special practice!

NEXT MEET

Our next meet will be this Thursday, June 29, versus Peninsula Club. Make plans to attend, as we will need all available swimmers. This will be another tough meet against a really good team. Please note that for away meets, swimmers need to swim across the pool by themselves to swim in the meet.

Meet Details:

P Club is located at: 2222 Houser Road, 37919. The meet is set to begin at 5:30. Our team will warm up from 5:00-5:30.

Parking:

There is an upper and lower parking lot available for you to park in. While the parking lots are reserved for the visiting team, they may fill up. If there are no spots left in the main parking lot, please park on Neilwoods Road (across the street from the entrance to the club) but please be respectful of the neighbors who live near the pool by parking respectfully on ONE side of the street. There will be a parent volunteer there around 4 o’clock directing traffic to help keep things going smoothly. Please, DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS.

Spectator Seating:

USC may set up their chairs, etc. to the right as you enter the pool area
underneath the pergola. We may also set up chairs along the head of the pool

directly as you walk in on the tennis court side and around to the baby pool. The Home team will be set up under the entire far side of the pool. Restrooms are located underneath the covered portion of the pool deck to the left of the concession stand. Please note that the tennis courts are off limits, but if overflow is needed, you may feel free to use the playground area.

Concessions:

Please consider eating at P Club during the meet! Their concession stand will be open and will feature Chick-fil-A sandwiches, Dominos Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, drinks, candy, and other packaged snacks. They accept payment by cash only.

TEAM T-SHIRTS

Team t-shirts will continue to be available for pick-up at meets. They are labeled by family name and size based on your order at registration. If you would like us to bring your shirt to a practice, please reply to this email.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN INVITATIONAL

SMI entries have closed. If you want to purchase an SMI shirt, do so TODAY here, shirts will not be available for purchase at the meet. Job sign ups will come at a later date, be on the lookout for information on those.

July 11: USC @ Emerald Youth

July 14: Lenoir City @ USC (rescheduled home meet)

July 17: Junkfest Meet @ Allan Jones (USC hosts this meet and instead of ribbons, you get fun prizes the night of for swimming!)

July 20-22: GKAISA City Meet
