Good morning families!

Hard to believe it is already time for our first meet!  We will be swimming against Cherokee Country Club on Tuesday, June 13th. This is a home meet for our team and we will be hosting at Allan Jones (just next door to the SAC where we practice).  

What do you need to do?  

1) Navigate over to the "Calendar" portion of our website, click meet entry and then "edit" your swimmers as either attending or not attending.  

2) Once you have signed your swimmer up as attending, click job signup and choose a job.  Each job listed has a little icon next to it to help you decide where you best fit.   If you have a swimmer entered into the meet, we need you to volunteer.  Points are given throughout the season as you serve, and families with points will be entered into a drawing for a prize at the end of the season.  Because every volunteer needs a little incentive, right?  

If you have any questions about jobs, meet entries, or are just feeling completely overwhelmed, please ask us!  Board members are always around at practices and coaches can help advise you on your swimmers races.
