Parents and coaches,

I have been in communication with Parking Services today. Unbeknownst to us, they have changed their procedures for permits. I was told today that what we have done for many years is no longer acceptable. 

I have supplied Parking Services with a list of parent names. If you have not purchased a pass but need to do so, they should be able to accommodate your request. If you were required to purchase a day pass, please let me know. The team will reimburse you. 

If you have purchased a pass but have not picked it up, please let me know when you will be available to get it. They are asking that we return those passes immediately unless we get the forms completed. I have attached the form they require to this email. If you will fill it out and send it to me, I will assign a pass and get the form to Parking Services. Your pass will be available as soon as you are at the next practice. 

Finally, if you are in possession of one of the following passes, please complete the attached form ASAP and email it to me:

Permit Number: 23RVP0153

We have been asked to provide this information to them immediately. If it is not provided, we have been told that those cars will be ticketed.
