First of all I want to say thank you for being such great volunteers this year. We have had no problems gets spots filled which is large component to a great summer season!

Worker sign-ups for City Meet are now open. Our jobs are similar to last year with the addition of volunteer check-in. This position will assist me handing out lanyards and wristbands to the City Meet workers during the check-in periods. The check-in table will be located behind the pool, next to the girls Clerk of Course. I would prefer to have one person per day with the exception of Saturday which can be split if needed.

Thursday (2 shifts):

• 2 timers
• 2 heatsheet sales
• 1 volunteer check-in 

Friday (2 shifts)

• 2 timers
• 2 heatsheet sales
• 1 volunteer check-in

Saturday (3 shifts)

• 2 heatsheet sales
• 2 awards processing
• 1 volunteer check-in
