Swim Families, 

If you have not signed your swimmer's up for the GKAISA Championship, I would encourage you to do so before our meet tomorrow. It will be a great event, and your swimmers will benefit from participation. Sign-ups are on our website and are just like signing up for a regular season meet. 

Also, if you would like a City Meet parking pass or a t-shirt, they are available in the Merchandise tab of our website. 

For those of you planning to swim at City Meet, see below from Tennessee Aquatics:  

Do you want your swimmer(s) to improve their starts and turns before City Meet? TNAQ is offering a FREE starts and turns clinic on July 19, 2022 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Allan Jones Aquatic Center. The clinic will be broken up into smaller time slots (approximately 30 minutes) based on swimmers' ages. More details will be sent out upon registration.

If you want your swimmer(s) to come to the clinic, click here to register. Space is limited, and we only have thirty slots left, so RSVP as soon as possible!
