West Side YMCA Meet - July 7th

Tomorrow July 7th is our rescheduled meet versus WSY. Warm ups again are at 5:30pm with the meet beginning at 6:00pm. Please make sure to correct your swimmers status of the meet in the event they are now able or unable to attend. We will send out the heat sheet and events tomorrow after merging the meet at 12:00pm.

Smoky Mountain Meet - July 9 & 10

Please see all the attachments for the Smoky Mountain Meet taking place this weekend, July 9-10. 

Heat sheets will be online, psych sheets for the meet are attached.

Parents, there are needs for volunteering certain shifts, please see the attached for those specific shifts and sign up through the meet as you would for a regular dual meet. Clerk of course will announce a workers meeting prior to the start, if you have signed up you will attend that meeting as a representative of USC; thank you in advance!!

Warm up times are also attached, please make sure to arrive with enough time to make it to warm ups on time - it will be very busy everywhere around and on the pool deck.

Coach and team tent layouts are also attached again, please take a look at those attachments to make sure we all know where we are going prior to arriving. Be sure to bring chairs, blankets, snacks, etc. There will be concessions as well.

Lastly, attached again is the "what to expect at Smoky Mountain" sheet provided by the meet hosts. It provides a lot of helpful information for first timers & repeaters! Please see the previous Smoky Mountain email/news post for parking and address information.

Maryville Alcoa Flying Dolphins Meet - July 12

Our MAFD Meet will take place next Tuesday, July 12. Sign ups are open for all swimmers at this time, please make sure to declare the status of your swimmer by Monday, July 11 at 12:00pm. When we receive information from MAFD for the meet we will send it your way as well. This meet takes place at the same pool that is hosting Smoky Mountain!
