Swim Families,

Tonight's PM practice will have a special guest, former Tennessee Associate Head Coach Lance Asti will be joining us to work on starts off the blocks. If you are able to make it, we would love to have you there to learn from one of the best coaches in the country.

Second, we will be adding a "meet" to our schedule, the USC Junk Meet! This will take place July 18th, we have also invited a couple other teams to join us for the fun. More information will be shared as we get closer.
