NEXT MEET

Our next meet will be this Friday, June 24 versus the Lenoir City Bettas. Please make plans to attend, as we will need all available swimmers. This will be a tough meet, as the LC Bettas handed us our only loss last year.

Meet details are as follows: 

The Bettas are located at: 120 Panther Drive, Lenoir City, TN. They have set aside the back "half" of the parking lot for our team, and they will try to provide a person in the lot, to help direct us (at least initially). There is additional parking at the Kingston Pike Baptist Church (1340 Old Hwy 95, Lenoir City, TN), right before the road that leads to the pool if needed (it's a quick walk around to the pool/lot). They ask that we NOT park along both sides of Panther Drive, as the police get cranky about that and will potentially tow folks.

Their pool is a standard 25 yard pool, with 6 lanes (one of which has a pool ladder). One end is 9.5 feet and the other is 4.5 feet and gradually slopes to 3.5 feet towards lane 6, which opens up to the baby pool.

We are scheduled for 5:30 pm warm ups. The meet will start at 6pm.

Coolers and tents are fine with the facility, and they have a small area that's semi-shaded designated for our team and a grassy area. They will also open the back gate, so access to and from the parking lot is easier on us.

They will have a small concession stand available, with a variety of snacks and drinks. They will also be offering KFC and Little Caesars pizza as well as Ugly Mug iced lattes. (Cash only, please!)

Worker sign-ups will open soon. 

TEAM T-SHIRTS

Team t-shirts will continue to be available for pick-up at practice. They are labeled by family name and size based on your order at registration. Please verify that your size on the tape corresponds with the size on the shirt. If you need to switch out shirts, we have a few extra available for that purpose. Also, parents, if you did not order a shirt but wish to purchase one, they are for sale for $15. Please use the Merchandise tab on the website to pay by card. You can also pay by cash or check (payable to USC).

TEAM CAPS

Team caps are also available for purchase. Cost is $12 each.

RIBBONS FROM LAST MEET

Our ribbons from the last meet will be available in the family boxes in the lobby of the SAC. Please make sure your swimmers pick up their ribbons.

2021 T-SHIRTS

We have a box of old t-shirts left from last year. We are selling them for $1 each. If you would like one, please be sure to purchase this week.

... AND FINALLY....

The Smoky Mountain Invitational and the GKAISA City Championship are just around the corner. Be on the lookout for information on those... and for information on an exciting additional meet for our swimmers.
