Swim Families, 

We look forward to seeing you tonight at the meet versus Rockwood. Because of the threat of inclement weather, the UT staff has moved our meet indoors in the Student Aquatic Center. Note: 

1. There is very limited space for viewing in the pool area. If you want to be sure to see your swimmers, sign up for one of the open worker shifts. There are plenty available that need to be filled. 

2. No food or drinks in the pool area. Please keep your food and drinks in the lobby area or in the outdoor area at the picnic tables. Please help us keep our costs down by picking up any trash that you see lying around in the SAC. 

SMI is tomorrow and Sunday. We still need volunteers to fill those worker positions. Failure to fill those positions will result in a loss of points for our team and our swimmers. See last night's email for a description of the worker shifts available. ALSO, if you sign up to work, you get an armband for the rec pool for one swimmer. The attachment to this email contains more SMI info. 

The Cherokee meet is Tuesday night at Cherokee Country Club. Swimmer sign-ups are open, and volunteer sign-ups will open tomorrow. 

We are getting ready for City Meet. Please be sure that you order a City Meet t-shirt under the Merchandise tab on our website. T-shirts will be distributed at City Meet. No shirts will be sold at the meet itself, so if your swimmer would like a shirt, please be sure to pre-order.
