Signups for the home meet  against Lenoir City close tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 10pm.

We still have a lot of volunteer jobs still open for both meets and we cannot run a meet without them filled.  Most jobs are easy to learn!

• Open to all swimmers
• June 15
• Time: 7pm-9pm
• Signups close Tuesday, June 15 at 10am

USC vs Lenoir City

• Open to swimmers who are able to swim 25 yards unassisted
• June 18
• Warmups 5pm
• Meet starts 6pm
• Signups close Tuesday, June 15 at 10pm

Swimmer signups

• If you are unsure if your swimmer will be attending, you may mark they are attending but be sure to add a note to the coach.
• Use the notes section to indicate if your swimmer is interested in a specific event along with any additional information that will help the coach such as if the swimmer will need to leave the meet early.
• To signup,

1. Click on Meet Entry button
2. Click on the Edit button below swimmer's name
3. Select Attending this meet or Not attending this meet (if maybe, select Attending and add a note)
4. Add any notes to the coach
5. Click Save

Volunteer signups

• Each family should try to volunteer for at least one shift per meet.
• Most shifts are for half the meet.
• Almost all jobs are easy to learn and only a few require specialized training (they are marked)
• How to signup

1. Click on Sign up for job shifts at the top of the Meet Entry page or click on the Job Signup button in the Calendar.
2. Click on Sign up for Jobs button
3. Check the jobs/shifts you are interested in. Clicking on the i button next to the job will open up the job description
4. Click Save Assignments.
