Signups are now open for our first home meet against Lenoir City scheduled for June 18! (Signups for the Orange/White Intrasquad meet will go live tomorrow and will be open to all swimmers)

 Where to signup

Swimmer Signup and Job Volunteer signups can be found on the Calendar page of the website. Direct link to the calendar page is https://universityswimclub.swimtopia.com/swim_meet...

Swimmer signups (closes Tuesday, June 15 at 10pm)

• Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards (across the pool) unassisted to attend this meet. 
• If you are unsure if your swimmer will be attending, you may mark they are attending but be sure to add a note to the coach. 
• Use the notes section to indicate if your swimmer is interested in a specific event along with any additional information that will help the coach such as if the swimmer will need to leave the meet early. 
• To signup,

1. Click on Meet Entry button
2. Click on the Edit button below swimmer's name
3. Select Attending this meet or Not attending this meet (if maybe, select Attending and add a note)
4. Add any notes to the coach
5. Click Save

Volunteer signups

• Each family should try to volunteer for at least one shift per meet. 
• Most shifts are for half the meet.
• Almost all jobs are easy to learn and only a few require specialized training (they are marked)
• How to signup

1. Click on Sign up for job shifts at the top of the Meet Entry page or click on the Job Signup button in the Calendar.
2. Click on Sign up for Jobs button
3. Check the jobs/shifts you are interested in. Clicking on the i button next to the job will open up the job description
4. Click Save Assignments.
