We are looking forward to taming the Tigers next Thursday evening, June 21!

MEET JUNE 21 VERSUS THE ROCKWOOD TIGERS: Swimmer and Job Sign-up

We will be hosting our first meet on Thursday, June 21 at 6:00 pm. All swimmers should arrive and be ready to swim at 5:00. Be sure that your swimmer checks in at the check-in table.

Sign-ups are now OPEN! Please indicate whether or not your swimmer(s) will be able to attend the meet by 11:00 am on TUESDAY JUNE 19. If you are unsure, please mark them as attending and leave a note for the coaches. Please be sure that you sign up using the link below. Coach Joe WILL NOT be able to add swimmers once the line-up is finalized.

We also ask that each family volunteer for at least one shift for the regular meets. If you have any questions about any of the jobs, feel free to contact Cary Smith at 919-2325 or [email protected].

Following our meet, our team will head over to IHOP.

CAPS AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP

Pre-ordered swim caps are available for pick-up. Also, if you did not pre-order a cap, we have ordered additional ones and hope to have them by the first meet. Cost of purchase is $15 (cash or check).

TEAM T-SHIRTS

Team t-shirts have been ordered and are currently in print. We hope to have those soon.

TEAM PHOTOS

Our team photo will be made on Monday, July 9 at 6:00 pm. TSS Photography will be making our photographs. Order forms for group and individual photos will be available soon.

GKAISA CITY MEET T-SHIRTS

It’s already that time! We are taking orders for GKAISA City Meet t-shirts. Cost per shirt is $15, and proceeds go to defray the costs of City Meet, as well as to provide scholarships for Senior Swimmers (our own Miles Kredich was a winner last year)!

Your child’s name will be printed on the back. For swimmers 11-Up, please order the Friday shirt. For swimmers 10-Under, please order the Saturday shirt. Orders are being taken under the Merchandise tab on our website.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO ORGANIZE AGE-GROUP SOCIALS

We need some parents to organize age-group social activities. If you are willing to pull something together for your child's age group, please contact Angelia Nystrom with details so that we can send out a team email. Ideas for activities include group lunch at Chick-fil-a, ice cream or sno-cones, bowling, a movie, etc.

PRIVATE COACHING AVAILABLE

If you are interested in private coaching for your swimmer, please see Coach Joe at practice to complete a form. Forms should be submitted and payment should be made with ReNee in the AJCC office.
