We are looking forward to our Intra-Squad meet this Monday, June11!

INTRA-SQUAD PRACTICE MEET JUNE 11: Swimmer and Job Sign-up

We will be holding our first intra-squad practice meet on Monday, June 11 at 6:00 pm. All groups should arrive and be ready to swim at 5:45.

Sign-ups are now OPEN! Please indicate whether or not your swimmer(s) will be able to attend the meet by SUNDAY June 10. If you are unsure, please mark them as attending and leave a note for the coaches. If something comes up the day of the meet, please contact the coaches or Angelia Nystrom. 

We also ask that each family volunteer for at least one shift for the regular meets. Since this is a practice meet, we do not need as many volunteers HOWEVER it is a perfect time to try out a new job! Following our practice meet, our team will head over to Casa Don Gallo for Mexican. Dutch treat.

CAPS AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP

Pre-ordered swim caps will be available for pick-up on Monday at morning practice, as well as before the Practice Meet.

CERTIFIED OFFICIALS CLINIC AT AJCC ON JUNE 13

Tom Schumann will be hosting a Stroke and Turn and Starter Clinic at the AJCC on Wednesday, June 13. If you are willing to be certified as and official, please make plans to attend. Class should end by the end of the 11-Up practice. Hugh Nystrom will bring pizza for all who attend.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO ORGANIZE AGE-GROUP SOCIALS

We need some parents to organize age-group social activities. If you are willing to pull something together for your child's age group, please contact Angelia Nystrom with details so that we can send out a team email. Ideas for activities include group lunch at Chick-fil-a, ice cream or sno-cones, bowling, a movie, etc.

PRIVATE COACHING AVAILABLE

If you are interested in private coaching for your swimmer, please see Coach Joe at practice to complete a form. Forms should be submitted and payment should be made with ReNee in the AJCC office.
